There's so much goodness to behold in nature and our teas aim to capture some of the best of it for your wellness and relaxation routine (and if you don't have one in place yet, drinking a cup or two of tea a day is a great place to start).
Our Cacao Chai Rooibos Tea is a red tea chai that contains a fair amount of chaga mushroom. Chaga contains very significant amounts of powerful antioxidants with far-reaching health applications. It may help fight inflammation, cancer, diabetes, and high cholesterol. On top of the chaga and rooibos base, it contains roasted fair trade cacao nibs, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and clove. Chaga is energizing and may provide those looking to lower their caffeine intake with a good substitute. Drink with your sweetener of choice for calm focused energy any time of day.
Our Lime Flower Herbal Tea is a magical blend of linden (aka lime flower), lemon verbena, chrysanthemum flower, and stevia leaf. Linden has been used traditionally for anxiety, inflammation, promoting better sleep, alleviating indigestion, and more. This naturally sweet tea tastes citrusy, with strong lime notes followed by ethereal floral notes.
And last but not least, our Seven Chakras Herbal Bedtime Tea is a bedtime tea based on an ancient recipe. Each herb contained within is associated with one of the seven major chakras. Drink before bedtime for overall wellness and chakra support.
Root Chakra (I am): Chamomile
Sacral Chakra (I feel): Damiana
Solar Plexus Chakra (I do): Peppermint
Heart Chakra (I love): Rose Petals
Throat Chakra (I speak): Rosemary
Third Eye Chakra (I see): Mugwort
Crown Chakra (I understand): Skullcap
Sustainability:Â Sustainably sourced and organic, 50% recycled glass jar, bamboo lid, 75% post consumer waste hemp label, compostable rice paper seal
And to part, I will leave you with this beautiful piece of prose by Earthdancer (2021) featured in the 2024 We'Moon "Luminations" Calendar.
Steeped in It
Feel the sun kiss your skin. Get your nail beds dirty, and let it soak in for a bit. Dip your toes in the wild water, while the bullfrog sings his deep toned song of sex and space. The cerulean sky is a blanket of peace that you can dive into for respite. A bluegill bites your toe to remind you that you are alive and edible. What a blessing, this wild world. What a riot of life and death. Gratitude will follow your steps if you steep in it long enough for a hint at remembering. Make me a tea for my soul to drink in remembrance.
