Our Seven Chakras Herbal Tea is a tea based on an ancient recipe. Each herb contained within is associated with one of the seven major chakras. Drink for overall wellness and chakra support.
Root Chakra (I am): Chamomile
Sacral Chakra (I feel): Damiana
Solar Plexus Chakra (I do): Peppermint
Heart Chakra (I love): Rose Petals
Throat Chakra (I speak): Rosemary
Third Eye Chakra (I see): Mugwort
Crown Chakra (I understand): Skullcap
 
Directions: Add 2-3 tsps. of tea to infuser of choice and place in a cup.  Pour 8 fl. oz. of boiling water over the tea.  Let steep for 10-15 minutes.
